heytappr for
an inbox you can talk your way through
most of email triage is reading, deciding, and typing the same polite sentences. heytappr reads your gmail screen, tells you what's actually urgent, and drafts the reply, you just say yes.
triage from the inbox you're looking at
with your inbox open, ask what needs attention and heytappr reads the visible senders and subjects, scrolling further if you want the fuller picture. it can then open a specific mail through agent mode and read it to you while you make coffee.
drafts that use the whole thread
heytappr reads the visible email thread as context, so the reply it drafts references the actual dates, names, and asks. it speaks the draft first and types it into gmail only when you explicitly tell agent mode to, sending stays a decision you make.
a nudge when a long email lands
open a dense document or form attached to an email and heytappr's proactive mode can offer to help within seconds, one offer per visit, with quiet hours and daily caps so it never turns into inbox nagging.

questions people ask
- Does HeyTappr have access to my Gmail account?
- No. There's no Google account integration. It works purely on the visible Gmail screen through Android accessibility, reading what's rendered and tapping the same buttons you would. That means it can't search mail that isn't reachable through the on-screen UI.
- Will it send an email without me knowing?
- No. Replies are drafted and read aloud first, and agent mode only types or sends when you explicitly ask. Consequential actions like submissions are for you to review, and everything the agent does happens visibly on screen where you can interrupt it.
