cancellation & refunds

the short version
once a payment is completed, it is final and non-refundable. you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you'll keep premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
cancel anytime
you can cancel your heytappr premium subscription at any time. cancellation stops future renewals; your premium access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. in india, cancelling your upi autopay or card e-mandate through your bank or upi app also stops future charges.
no refunds after payment
all first payments and renewal payments are final and non-refundable once completed. this does not limit any refund, chargeback, or other remedy that applicable law requires, or our responsibility to correct a duplicate or unauthorized charge.
ask us to cancel your subscription
email shrit@heytappr.com from the email address used at checkout and ask us to cancel. we'll remove the subscription so it does not renew again. cancellation does not refund a payment that has already been completed. you can also manage or cancel through the dodo payments customer portal linked from your purchase emails.
