heytappr for

telegram, minus the thumb work

a busy telegram group can bury you in two hours. heytappr can scroll back through the visible thread, tell you what you missed, and type your reply, all from a floating notch over the app.

“hey heytappr, scroll up in this group and catch me up on what i missed”

catch-ups that go past one screen

heytappr isn't limited to a single viewport. it scrolls through the chat to gather the visible messages before summarizing, so the recap covers the whole argument about where to meet, not just the last three texts.

find the chat, then act in it

say the person or group by name and agent mode taps through telegram's search to open it, then reads, replies, or forwards as you ask. it drives the same UI you see, powered by android accessibility, with no telegram integration required.

dictate, review, then send

your reply is drafted from the visible thread so it matches the conversation's tone and facts. heytappr speaks it back, and only types it into telegram when you tell agent mode to go, so a half-formed thought never ships early.

try it on your phone

drop your email, watch the 30-second demo, and grab the app.

questions people ask

Can HeyTappr read my secret chats or message history?
It can only read what is currently rendered on your screen, via Android's accessibility tree. It doesn't access Telegram's servers, your account, or messages that aren't on display. Screenshots go to OpenAI only when visual context is needed, and raw screenshots aren't stored in HeyTappr's own cloud backend.
Does it work without internet?
No. HeyTappr relies on OpenAI voice and reasoning models, so it needs a connection. It's Android only for now, with iOS on the roadmap.
