heytappr.

heytappr for

so the family group chat stops being tech support

you can't always be there when grandma's whatsapp update moved every button. heytappr lives on her phone, and when she asks how do i do this, it points at the right spot on her actual screen and walks her through, one tap at a time.

“hey heytappr, show me how to join the video call my son sent me”

the same guidance you'd give over the phone

instead of describing buttons from memory across a call, teaching mode highlights the real one on her screen, watches her tap it, then advances to the next step automatically. no screenshots texted back and forth.

or it just handles the fiddly bit

for one-off chores like turning up the text size or silencing a spam number, agent mode can tap through settings itself, visibly, while she watches, using android accessibility rather than any special integration.

guardrails you can trust from afar

heytappr pauses itself whenever a payment app opens, never blind-fires payments or submissions, and both permissions it uses are revocable anytime. everything it does is on screen, never hidden.

drop your email, watch the 30-second demo, and grab the app.

questions people ask

Can I set it up on their phone remotely?
Not remotely, no. Someone installs the APK on the phone itself and grants the accessibility and overlay permissions once. After that, they use it entirely by voice, so the setup visit is a one-time thing.
What if they use an iPhone?
HeyTappr is Android only today. iOS is on the roadmap but not supported yet, so this works for grandparents on Samsung, Pixel, and other Android phones.
