heytappr.

heytappr for

the commute, minus the thumb workout

same train, same cab, same forty minutes of catching up on a small screen. heytappr learns the commute's rhythm, offers to book the usual ride at the usual time, and turns the standing-room stretch into listening instead of squinting.

“hey heytappr, catch me up on my unread emails while i'm on the train”

the 8:45 cab books itself, almost

heytappr notices the ride you book every weekday morning and offers to take the pattern over as a routine. you confirm, it runs the flow in your cab app visibly on screen, and the payment step still waits for you.

inbox and feeds by ear

open your email or news app and ask for the rundown. it reads what's visible, scrolls to gather the rest, and speaks the summary, so a packed carriage doesn't mean a wasted half hour.

replies drafted between stations

dictate the answer to that early-morning work message, hear the draft back, and hand it to agent mode to type only when it sounds right. patchy signal is the one real enemy, it needs a connection to think.

try it on your phone

drop your email, watch the 30-second demo, and grab the app.

questions people ask

Does it work in the subway with no signal?
No, HeyTappr needs an internet connection since the voice and reasoning run on OpenAI's models. On underground stretches with no data it will have to wait until you resurface.
Do I have to talk out loud on a crowded train?
Voice is how you drive it, so yes, requests are spoken. Many commuters use earphones with a mic and keep it brief, and you can always save the longer conversations for the walk.
