How heytappr fits your driver app, what it costs to run, and what it can't fix.
What is heytappr?
A voice guide inside your Android driver app. It shows a new driver where to tap and talks them through it in their language, right on the screen where they're stuck, until they finish their first job.
We already call new drivers. Why do we need this?
A call happens outside the app, about a screen the caller can't see. heytappr runs on the screen itself and points at the real button. A five minute talk-through costs about ₹4 to 12 per driver in the app, against ₹28 to 47 for a voice bot call (our estimate from public prices).
What can't it fix?
Money, ops and demand. Verification delays, joining fees, deposits and no orders in the area aren't a voice problem. We'll tell you that on the first call.
How complicated is the setup?
Add the Android SDK as a Gradle dependency and initialise it when your app starts. Your team writes the guides, heytappr speaks them.
